Anna Fallieras joined the Fund in October 2025 as the President of Aurora Plans. In this role she oversees Healthcare Delivery, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and IT for the Aurora Plan Units.
Anna brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations, public sector and commercial health care program design, and policy—expertise that informs her leadership in delivering high-quality, affordable care for Fund participants. Before joining UHH, Anna served as Chief Operating Officer for Optum’s Growth organization and previously as COO for Centene’s East Region supporting Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business. She also led national healthcare initiatives at GE and held product, strategy and policy roles at UnitedHealthcare, CMS, and the U.S. Senate.
Anna holds advanced degrees from The Ohio State University and Johns Hopkins University.
