Find a dentist or eye doctor!

Dental

1. Go to http://hcpdirectory.cigna.com/web/public/providers.
2. Click “Dentist”.
3. Under “Select a Plan”, click “Pick”.
4. Select the Dental Plan you are currently enrolled in through your employer. 
5. Click "Choose" then click “Search”.

To find a dentist you can go to in the Delta Dental network starting January 1, 2020 for the:

• DeltaCare DHMO: go to www.deltadentalins.com/deltacare
• Delta Dental PPO: go to www.deltadentalil.com

Vision

1. Go to https://www.vsp.com/.
2. Click "Find a Doctor".
• Make sure your Doctor Network says Choice
3. Type in your ZIP Code or Address to search for a provider near you!
