Providers from the Atlantic City Health Center joined forces with Penn Medicine’s Cancer Care team to give you and your family FREE, comprehensive cancer care coordination. Together, we manage your overall treatment plan so you can focus on the most important thing: getting healthier.

We’ll give you the UHH - Penn ID card you’ll need for your first Penn appointment.

What’s covered

You pay $0 (no deductible, coinsurance, or copay) for:

  • Penn Medicine’s team of specialists who manage the diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of adult cancers and diseases of the blood,
  • Local primary care services at the UHH Health Center, in full partnership with the Penn Medicine Cancer Care team,
  • Local support from the UHH Health Promotion team who can help with benefit questions, care navigation, and scheduling timely care, and
  • Free transportation for cancer treatment, provided by UHH and arranged by your care coordination team (for details, click here).
