What's changing on October 1?

New medical network

Your medical network is changing to the Aetna Select (Open Access) EPO network. You no longer need referrals to see a specialist. Be sure your doctors are in the new network.

Other benefit updates

  • No referrals for specialists
  • CVS Virtual Care
  • 24/7 nurse line
  • Changes to some covered services and out-of-pocket costs

Weight-loss medications

Beginning October 1, GLP-1 medicines used for weight loss are no longer covered. If this change affects you, you'll receive a letter. Do not stop taking your medication until you talk with your doctor.
