This page covers information about your benefits
that will begin on January 1, 2021.

Providence Alaska Medical Center

Providence Alaska Medical Center is temporarily an in-network hospital.

Due to COVID-19, Providence Hospital in Anchorage will be considered an in-network facility from April 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Alaska Regional Hospital is still our main in-network facility. But Providence is temporarily being added. If you get care at Providence Hospital you will not have any non-PPO penalties. Providence has agreed to offer discounted prices for our participants. But, if you have a choice of providers, Alaska Regional Hospital is still the lowest cost option for your care.
