As your union’s health fund, we work hard to protect the pot of money your employer sets aside for healthcare expenses. To help keep costs down, we partnered with SISCO – a neutral third party and expert benefit services firm – to conduct an eligibility audit (review).
We want to make sure that only eligible dependents are using your health fund dollars to pay their medical bills.
SISCO mailed you a packet with your unique Audit ID Code.
You’ll need that code to submit proof documents for your dependents by Friday, January 23, 2026. Otherwise, healthcare coverage (insurance) for your dependents may end February 1, 2026.
