What if I stay with my employer plan?

• If you stay with your employer health plan, you won’t have an option to choose UNITE HERE HEALTH in the future.

What if I don't enroll my dependents now?

• If you don’t enroll your dependents now or within 30 days of your first day of coverage, (August 1), your dependents will not be covered under UHH and will lose coverage if they are currently covered by your employer’s plan.
• You’ll have to wait until annual open enrollment to add dependents or make changes (unless you have a qualifying life event).
